If you are not following BambuLab over X.com (previously Twitter.com), you may have missed that from February 9th to February 17th, the Bambu Lab is taking a break for the Spring Festival.
The tweet doesn’t tell us much except that communication with Bambu Lab during that time will take longer to get an answer:
