A few days ago, Bambu Lab announced you can now start a live chat with their support team.
This is great news, as many have complained about how slow support can be sometimes. We still don’t know if this new way of contacting support will be any good, but we can all agree that it is a step in the right direction.
The live chat support will be available during the following times:
- Weekday: From 9am to 9pm (UTC+8)
- Weekend: From 9am to 6pm (UTC+8)
